We use Aquacut air abrasion technology when ever possible as an alternative to the drill in many procedures. The Aquacut works like a miniature sandblaster, it gently sprays away decay.
The Aquacut lightly blasts the tooth with a microscopically fine powder that is carried to the tooth by a stream of air. We use Aquacut to remove stains, prepare cavities and remove old composite fillings. |
